Sunset Flow Donation Yoga Classes

 

Weekly Classes at Dr Philips Community Park

 

Please join me for donation based flow yoga classes overlooking beautiful Bay Lake. The class day rotates each week, but the time will most likely be 6:30pm-7:30 pm each week. I apologize that the day cannot be consistent, but we all know how our 6th days are unpredictable with scheduling. Stay tuned on sundays/mondays as this is when i will post the next class time. 


The classes are open to all levels, whether you are brand new to yoga or an experienced practitioner. Vinyasa Flow is a form of yoga that links breath and movement for a continuous flow of postures, from strengthening to calming, invigorating to relaxing. Each practice will guide you through yoga postures, breathing technique, meditation/visualization, and intention. My favorite aspect of yoga is the integration of the practice into your life. In other words, we can use the lessons we learn on our yoga mat in our daily lives, so our days can be filled with ease, gratitude, and contentment. 

*Each student's first class is free. Following this the classes are "pay what you can." There will be a donation jar where you can deposit your weekly contribution. Whatever amount you give, consider it an investment toward your own mental and physical well-being :o). 

Please bring a yoga mat or towel with you. I have some extras being shipped here in august.
