Yoga is an ageless practice. You can be 7, 27, or 67 and receive the same blissful benefits by adapting yoga into your weekly routine. Many individuals attend their first yoga class with the physical benefits in mind, however continue to practice because of the mental and spiritual components.

Our busy work schedules do not allow us the opportunity to take a breather or even a moment for our own well-being. Once you step onto your yoga mat, you enter a time solely for you. This is your time to dive into the brillance that already resides within you. Neither the cell phone or computer can distract you. It's just you and the mat. Flowing, Breathing, and Being...

This is a workshop exploring Prana-Vinyasa Flow, a style of yoga developed by world renowned yogini Shiva Rea.
